*Prior to your appointment, we send a reminder email,and we call to the
phone number you provide. To avoid losing your appointment you must confirm
either by e-mail or by phone.

Q: Internal Policies
A: *Childcare is not provided, so as a courtesy and respect to our other
guests, please make prior arrangements.
*Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your service.
Arriving late is breach or etiquette and will cheat you out of treatment
will end on time so the next client will be delayed, regardless of how
late you start.
*Returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee.
*All services and/or rates are subject to change without prior notification.
*No refunds on rendered services or gift certificates.
*The minimum age for services is 16 years, unless accompanied by and adult.
